Your progress on a new phone
Sign in to the same account on the new device: Game Center on iPhone and iPad, Google Play Games on Android. Open the game and your progress comes back from the server by itself.
Progress does not move between iPhone and Android: they are different accounts.
If there is progress both on the device and on the server, the game keeps whichever has more.
Cloud saving
In the game: Settings → Account. The cloud line tells you how it is doing:
- “Progress is saved to the cloud”: all is well;
- “Will save when online”: no internet right now, your progress goes to the server later;
- “Cloud saving is off”: you are not signed in, or you deleted your server data. “Sign in” turns the cloud back on.
Delete your data
In the game, under Account, with “Delete server data”. Without the game, by e-mail. See Data deletion for the details.
