In the game
- Settings
- Account
- Delete server data
- tap again to confirm
Your data is deleted from the server at once. Cloud saving on this device turns off until you tap “Sign in” again.
Without the game
If the game or the phone is gone, write to alkhipce@mail.ru with:
- your player number;
- your platform: Game Center (iPhone, iPad) or Google Play Games (Android);
- your distance record, roughly is fine;
- how many aircraft you have;
- roughly when you started playing: month and year.
Anyone could learn a player number, so we use the rest to check that the e-mail comes from its owner. If something doesn't match, we'll ask again.
The game shows your player number under Account once the game has connected to the server (tapping the line copies it), like this:
Player number: 1234
If you don't have your player number at hand, write anyway and we'll help you sort it out.
What is deleted
- the player record and its number;
- the link to your Game Center or Google Play Games account;
- all sign-in sessions;
- the save on the server.
When you ask by e-mail, the data is deleted within 30 days and we reply when it's done. It leaves the backups within 30 days.
What stays
The progress on the device itself: deleting server data does not touch it. You can wipe it with “Reset progress” in the game's settings, or by deleting the game.
Your records and achievements in Game Center and Google Play Games are kept by Apple and Google and managed in those services' settings.
