In short
The game keeps only your progress on our server, and only if you sign in with Game Center or Google Play Games. It does so to keep your progress safe and bring it back on a new device.
No ads, no analytics, no tracking. We sell nothing and share nothing.
Who we are
rush the sky is made by Ilya Dyomin. For any question about your data, write to alkhipce@mail.ru.
What the server keeps
If the device is signed in to Game Center (iPhone, iPad) or Google Play Games (Android), the game keeps on our server:
- the platform's player ID: the Game Center teamPlayerID or the Google Play Games playerId, and which platform it is;
- your player number on our server, shown in the game under “Account” as “Player number”;
- your game progress: coins, planes and their upgrades, maps, records, the number of flights, achievements, which tips you have seen;
- times: when the record was made, when the progress was last saved, when the session key expires;
- a hash (SHA-256) of the session key. The key itself stays on your device.
We do not keep your name, nickname, e-mail, phone number, contacts, location, IP address or advertising IDs.
Without signing in nothing is sent to the server: your progress lives on your device only.
Why
To save your progress and bring it back when you sign in to the same account on another or a new device. The data is used for nothing else.
How sign-in works
The game passes our server a proof from Apple or Google that it is you. The server checks it: for Game Center it checks the signature against Apple's certificate, for Google Play Games it exchanges a one-time code with Google for your player ID. The proof itself is not kept.
Apple's and Google's sign-in and accounts follow their own rules: Apple's policy, Google's policy.
Leaderboard and achievements
The leaderboard and the achievements live in Game Center and Google Play Games. The game sends them your best distance and the achievements you earn; Apple and Google show them under their own rules.
Where and how long
On our server, rushthesky.sskd.tech, until you delete it. A session key lasts 30 days; the game gets a new one each time it starts, and expired ones are deleted.
The database is backed up once a day. Backups are kept for at most 30 days, so deleted data leaves them within 30 days.
Server logs
For each API request our server writes one line: the method, the handler's address, the response code and how long it took. Sign-ins and deletions also log the player number. Our server does not record IP addresses, keys, sign-in proofs or save contents.
To hold back too frequent requests, our server keeps an IP address in memory for up to 10 minutes and never writes it down.
In front of the server sits the hosting's proxy (Traefik). Its access log is turned off; if that changes, we will update this page.
This site uses no cookies, scripts or counters.
Security and your rights
The game and this site talk to the server over HTTPS only.
You may ask what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it: write to alkhipce@mail.ru.
Children
The game is for all ages. Signing in to Game Center or Google Play Games uses an Apple or Google account, and Apple and Google set the rules for children's accounts.
For signed-in players of any age we keep the same things: the platform's player ID and the game progress (see above). A parent can ask us to delete a child's data by writing to alkhipce@mail.ru.
Deletion
You can delete your data from the server in the game itself or by e-mail; see Data deletion.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date. This version is of 18 October 2026.
